How to Shop, Postage & Payment

How to shop with us:
Click on the Occasion of your choice in the left hand panel. A thumbnail image of each card will be displayed. Click the image of your choice to display further details. *Click Add to cart.
When you have finished shopping go to Checkout and follow the on screen instructions to complete your order. Once you have confirmed your order do not use the back button on your browser as your order will have been completed and the items will no longer be in your shopping cart. If you do change your mind on shipping or payment method please email us at and we will advise what to do next.

Postage & Packaging
Orders received up to 8pm are processed and posted within 24 hours of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays).  Please note orders received after 8pm are processed the following day.
All orders are carefully packaged.  Postage and packaging charges are kept to a minimum and are calculated based on weight and dimension guidelines of La Poste.  Final postage and packaging charges are added at checkout.
Please ensure you provide full accurate postal addresses. 
Postage times are provide by La Poste and are indicative.  
Should you choose a non tracked postage service, lost packages are out of our control.  They are not insured and will not be compensated by La Poste, therefore refunds cannot be issued.  International postage is not insured or compensated by La Poste.  

Payment Methods
All payments are secure. We accept payment in Euros only. Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Card by one of the following methods

  • Debit/Credit Card - Shopify Payments - All transactions are secure and encrypted
  • Debit/Credit Card - SumUp Mobile - Receive a secure payment link by email, SMS or Whatsapp (provide mobile number).  NB. This link may not be sent immediately, but will be sent as soon as we are able.
  • Telephone - Please complete your order then phone us on 0033 (0) 233380421.  We will not and cannot store your card details.
  • PAYPAL EXPRESS (min €10) - click on the Paypal Express Icon for direct payment
  • Paypal Invoice (min €10) - You will receive an invoice with secure payment link, you will be redirected to Paypal. Pay as a guest, you do not need to create an account with Paypal.
  • CHEQUE (made payable to Mme MOSS Yvonne.  The Postal Address is La Chapelle, 61320 Joué du Bois, France.
  • CASH (collection only)

Pay using Paypal or by debit or credit card and your order will be posted within 1 working day.   If you pay by personal cheque, please make cheques payable to Mme Yvonne MOSS, your order will be posted on receipt of the cheque (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).
