Return Policy

We want you to love what you receive from Cym Cards. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.

EU customers have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery. Simply let us know within that window, return the goods within a further 14 days, and we'll refund you in full — including standard delivery costs — within 14 days of receiving them back.

Returned items must be in good, unused condition and in their original packaging where possible. Under EU law, you may open and inspect goods as you would in a shop — however, if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary, we may deduct an amount from your refund.

Under EU Directive 2019/771/EU, goods must conform to the contract of sale. If your goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
